COLE — NCA Grow & Heal

A tiny neural cellular automaton that self-heals after damage and emits a signed-style receipt: pass/fail, why it failed (if red), and how to fix (knob hint). Now includes emergence / emergency signals derived from the same telemetry.

If it’s red, the receipt shows the fail reason and a knob hint (e.g. +smooth, +coarse, -pull, +steps).
